| This is the technique of decorating a surface with cutouts, usually
paper, the procedure is simple enough if one has basic oil painting skills. Surfaces can
be as varied as ceramic plates, pots, pieces of wood etc..
There is no basic course for decoupage, the student has to choose a picture and the size of plate and then begin with the basics where she will learn:
